When most people think of Frisco, TX, images of the Cowboys HQ, large mixed-use building projects, and top rated schools come to mind. But on Main Street in the middle of downtown Frisco sits an Austin based coffee drinking paradise: Summer Moon Wood Fired Coffee.

Summer Moon serves all the standard espresso based fare you’d expect in a boutique coffee joint, but their main offering is what they call Moon Milk. It is less like cream and sugar as much as it is like liquified vanilla ice cream, but somehow better. Their flagship drinks are the “Full Wintermoon” and the “Half Wintermoon,” which refer to the amount of Moon Milk used.

Pro Tip: It isn’t on the menu, but you can order a “Quarter Moon” which has just the right amount of sweetness to make you feel like you ordered something special without worrying that you went over your daily calorie intake in one drink.
